Hayward's Dog Spa & Boutique is owned by Sarah who is a qualified Dog Groomer having obtained her OCN level 3 qualification in 2022. She also trained with the IMDT to become a dog trainer. Her twin sister Emma is the proud owner and founder of Hayward Hounds.

After working in the emergency services for 18 years Sarah decided she wanted to pursue her career in working with animals. Being a huge dog lover it was obvious to her that this was going to be her next step. Sarah is very passionate about animals especially dogs. She wants to be part of helping and educating people around the health benefits of regular grooming of dogs.

Sarah has always had dogs growing up and had her beautiful White German Shepherd Skye for 10 years until she passed away unexpectedly in November 2022. Sarah is Married and has two young children who both take after Mum and Aunty and are besotted with animals!

Emma is the owner and founder of Haywards Hounds who provide dog walking services in Teddington, Sunbury, Hampton, Twickenham, Kingston and surrounding areas. Emma also obtained her OCN level 3 qualification in dog grooming and trained with th IMDT to become a dog trainer. Emma is married and has a 14 year old son who you may see on a weekend hanging out at Hayward's! He's like the dog whisperer. Dogs absolutely love him!

Emma also has two doggies of her own. A gorgeous lab called Jess and a naughty Frenchie called Dottie! 

Lucy has two beautiful doggies of her own. A Lab retriever and a Chihuahua. Lucy started her dog grooming journey 5 years ago initially completing a City and Guilds level 1 qualification in dog grooming at college. She went on to work for Pets at home, The groom room where she obtained her dog grooming qualification. Lucy has completed hundreds of grooms on many different breeds. She holds a qualification in Canine behaviour and Animal management and his doggy first aid trained.
